As a recognized expert in the field, Naira Ayvazyan contributed as an invited speaker at the International Workshop on Snakebite-Induced Muscle Damage, held August 25–27, 2025, at the Amazonas Convention Center Vasco Vasques in Manaus, Brazil.
Organized by the University of Reading (UK) and the Dr. Heitor Vieira Dourado Tropical Medicine Foundation (Brazil), in collaboration with UNESP and fully sponsored by the British Council, this three-day workshop brought together international specialists to discuss mechanisms of snakebite-related muscle damage, current research progress, and advancements in therapeutic approaches.
